مقلب معدني Original-Profi Collection®، ستانلس ستيل

That angled corner is a game-changer for getting under fish fillets without breaking them apart. The handle stays cool and gives me great control, even when flipping heavier items in a deep pan.

The angled corner really does let me scrape every last bit of sauce from the pan's edge without tilting it. The handle feels well-balanced and stays cool even when I'm flipping hot food.

I’ve used a lot of turners over the years, and this one’s handle angle really does make it comfortable to flip things without my wrist getting tired. The stainless steel is sturdy and easy to wipe down, though I wish the edge was just a touch sharper for getting under delicate fish fillets.
