Ceratal® 經典陶瓷平底鍋 Orbit Black

The pan’s ceramic surface gives eggs the most even, golden-brown crust without a drop of oil, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. I had my doubts about non-stick, but this one has held up perfectly after daily use for two weeks.

I’ve been reaching for this pan every morning since it arrived — the ceramic surface releases eggs without a single speck of oil, and the heat distribution is consistently even across the base. It feels sturdy but not too heavy for everyday use.

The first thing I noticed was how evenly the heat spreads across the surface — no more hot spots burning one side of my omelette. Cleanup is effortless, even after searing chicken at high heat, and the handle stays cool enough to grip comfortably.
