Fissler Essential® 12-Inch Whisk

I’ve been using this whisk for a few weeks now, and the way the thin wires glide through heavy cream is surprisingly satisfying. It aerates batters much faster than my old whisk, which saves me a minute or two of arm work.

The thin, flexible wires on this whisk really do cut through batter smoothly without splashing. It whipped cream to stiff peaks in under a minute, which surprised me. Feels well-balanced in the hand for a 12-inch tool.

I was skeptical a whisk could make that much difference, but the flexible stainless wires fold air into my egg whites like nothing else. Even the round handle feels balanced in my hand, and the 12-inch length keeps my knuckles clear of the bowl.
