The steamer insert and tripod are clever additions—I used them both the first time out for perfectly tender vegetables alongside the main dish. Cooking time was genuinely cut in half for a tough cut of meat. It's already become my go-to pot for weeknight dinners.

First batch of chili was done in about half the time my old pot took, and the meat came out fork-tender without any fuss. The 6.3 quart size fits a whole chicken easily, and the steamer insert is a nice bonus for veggies on top.

The steamer insert and tripod make it so easy to use right out of the box — my stew was tender in under 20 minutes. It's sturdy, well-built, and noticeably faster than my old pot.
