The high dome lid fits perfectly over roasts and keeps the inside moist without needing to baste constantly. Loved that I could start this on the stovetop and then slide it right into the oven without switching dishes. Cleanup was surprisingly easy, just a quick soak.

I was worried a stainless pan would be too heavy to carry to the table, but this one feels well-balanced and the dome lid fits snugly enough that nothing splashes. Cleanup is a breeze too since it went straight from the stovetop into the oven without any issue.

The high dome lid really traps steam beautifully—my pot roast came out incredibly tender. Clean up was a breeze too, just a quick wipe after serving.
